Sibel Miglino, MS

​Sibel Miglino is UF Health St. Johns Administrator, Total Rewards & Employee Relations, a position she has held since 2021.

Mrs. Miglino joined UF Health St. Johnsafter more than 20 years at the Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, where she held a variety of Human Resources leadership roles, including, most recently, Director/Manager, Human Resources & Occupational Health. Prior to that role, she was Manager, Associate Relations, Performance Excellence Facilitator, and Human Resources Consultant, and, in her first position at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, she was the Compensation and Metrics Analyst.

Mrs. Miglino is a graduate of Ashford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University.

Born in Istanbul, Turkey, she enjoys nature adventures with her family, including hiking, biking, zip-lining, scuba diving, and traveling. She loves to play table tennis, backgammon, and card games, as well as working out at Orangetheory Fitness.

She and her husband, Brandon, have one daughter.
